We were brought into the project at the very beginning of the homes design phase, in fact we had the opportunity to design the entire space even before the construction of the home began.
The space allotted by the homes architect was 1700 sq feet. We designed and selected all materials for this space. The space features a 16’ x 32’ gunite pool with a 8’ x 8’ fully jetted spa. The pool feature 2 large led lights, and an automatic safety cover system.
The French marble tile surrounds on the walls and floor helps to soften the space. Although the project is 3 stores below grade we were able to bring in natural sun light by using, reflectors and mirrors.
The intricate glass ceiling incorporates over a few 1000’s of led lights, This area also features a 8 person sauna, a steam room and a fully stocked wet bar area with a 60” tv and lounge area. The full width glass mosaic tile scene was inspired by a photo taken by the clients while on vacation as the house was being built.
The pool and spa was the first structure built on site and the 10,000 plus sq ft house was built above and aside our pool. This projects amazing outcome is truly the result of our design teams expertise as well as our great understanding and relationship between us and our clients!
